Processing Time
• All orders are processed within 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
• Custom and made-to-order items, such as DTF gang sheets, sublimation prints, and custom apparel, may require additional processing time. Processing times will be indicated on the product page.
• You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the shipping method selected. Estimated delivery times:

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
• Mad Medix is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they have been handed over to the carrier.
